About the Project

We partnered with Equiti to enhance and expand their suite of partner and trading products, with a sharp focus on user-centric innovation. Through in-depth user research and stakeholder collaboration, we identified key pain points and opportunities across the partner and trading journeys. These insights shaped the product roadmap, vision, and experience strategy. By applying rapid prototyping and iterative testing, we validated new concepts early ensuring every feature brought measurable value before being scaled to market.
